These easy Air Fryer Paneer Tikka Bites are packed with bold Indian spices and deliciously crispy, golden edges! Marinated in creamy yogurt, garlic, garam masala, cumin, and aromatic seasonings, these flavorful paneer cubes are air-fried to perfection. Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut the paneer into small cubes, ⅓ inch in size.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients except the oil to make the marinade. Add the paneer cubes and mix until thoroughly coated. Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes.
- Brush the oil onto the air fryer racks or basket surface to prevent sticking while preheating the air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange the marinated paneer cubes on the greased surface, spacing them ¼ inch apart. Air-fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- Continue cooking until the corners of the paneer begin to brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, serve immediately, and enjoy!
Notes
Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer model and the size of the paneer cubes.
Serving note: With 12 ounces of paneer, I recommend 4 servings as a snack or appetizer. If you're serving these paneer tikka bites as a main dish in flatbread wraps, the recipe may be better suited for 2–3 servings.
Serving Tip: These paneer tikka bites make a delicious appetizer or snack on their own, but they're also perfect for building a flavorful meal! Tuck them into warm naan, roti, or your favorite flatbread with fresh onions, cilantro, and chutney for an easy paneer tikka wrap. You can also serve them alongside rice or your favorite Indian dishes!
